1Definitions
In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:
- "ernph" or "the Platform" refers to the online gaming platform operated at ernph.vip and all associated services, interfaces, and products made available therein.
- "We," "Us," or "Our" refers to ernph and its operators, administrators, and affiliated entities responsible for the Platform.
- "You," "Player," or "User" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the ernph Platform, whether for free-play or real-money gaming purposes.
- "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the ernph Platform.
- "Real Money" means Philippine Peso (PHP/₱) funds or other accepted currencies deposited into a Player's ernph Account for the purpose of placing wagers.
- "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits, free spins, cashback amounts, or other incentive balances credited to a Player's Account that are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
- "Services" means all gaming products available at ernph, including but not limited to slots, live dealer casino, bingo, fishing games, and sports-themed games.
- "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity verification procedures, including submission of valid Philippine government-issued identification.
- "GCash" and "Maya" refer to Philippine e-wallet services that may be used for deposits and withdrawals on the ernph Platform, subject to the terms of those respective third-party providers.
2Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions, together with the ernph Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific game or promotional terms published on the Platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and ernph with respect to your use of the Platform and Services.
By completing the registration process, clicking any "I Agree" or equivalent acceptance button, depositing funds, or placing a wager on the ernph Platform, you unequivocally agree to these Terms & Conditions in full. This agreement is binding as soon as any of the above actions is taken.
These Terms & Conditions are effective as of 1 January 2026 and supersede any prior versions previously published on the Platform. ernph reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time in accordance with Section 14 (Amendments) of this document.
If you are accessing ernph on behalf of another person or entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms & Conditions.
3Eligibility Requirements
3.1 Age Requirement
Access to real-money gaming on the ernph Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older, consistent with the minimum gambling age mandated by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) and applicable Philippine gaming regulations. Access to the Platform by persons under 21 years of age is strictly prohibited.
21+ Strictly Enforced: ernph employs age verification measures during registration and KYC review. Any Account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all winnings forfeited, and deposits returned at ernph's discretion subject to verification.
3.2 Geographic Restrictions
The ernph Platform is intended for use by players physically located within the Philippines. ernph does not warrant that the Services are appropriate, legal, or available for use in jurisdictions outside the Philippines. If you access ernph from a jurisdiction where online gambling is restricted or prohibited, you do so at your own risk and responsibility.
3.3 Single Account Policy
Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account on the ernph Platform. Multiple accounts per person — whether registered under the same or different personal details — are strictly prohibited and will result in Account suspension and forfeiture of associated balances.
3.4 Legal Capacity
By registering on ernph, you represent and warrant that you have full legal capacity under Philippine law to enter into binding contractual agreements and that no court order, legal prohibition, or voluntary self-exclusion arrangement from any gaming operator currently restricts your access to gambling services.
4Account Registration & Verification
4.1 Registration Information
To create an ernph Account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete registration information, including a valid email address, a secure password, and any additional details requested during the registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration information and must promptly update it through the Account settings or by contacting ernph support if any details change.
4.2 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ernph Account credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any authentication codes with any third party. ernph will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials. You must notify ernph immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
4.3 KYC Verification
ernph reserves the right to request identity verification documentation at any stage of your Account's lifecycle, including but not limited to before processing withdrawals, when unusual account activity is detected, or when required by applicable regulations. Acceptable Philippine government-issued identification documents include the Philippine Identification System (PhilSys) Card, UMID, passport, driver's licence, SSS card, or other documents as specified by ernph. Failure to complete satisfactory KYC verification within the time period specified by ernph may result in Account suspension or withdrawal delays.
4.4 Account Information Accuracy
Any misrepresentation of personal information during registration or the KYC process — including providing false identity documents, incorrect date of birth, or fraudulent payment details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in immediate Account termination and forfeiture of all balances, including both real-money and bonus funds.
5Deposits & Accepted Payment Methods
5.1 Accepted Payment Channels
ernph accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, Metrobank Online, Coins.ph, 7-Eleven Cliqq, and USDT (TRC20 network). The availability of specific payment methods may vary at any time based on technical, regulatory, or operational factors. ernph is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.
5.2 Minimum Deposit
The minimum single deposit amount on the ernph Platform is ₱100 (One Hundred Philippine Pesos) or the equivalent in supported alternative currencies. ernph reserves the right to modify minimum deposit thresholds at any time with reasonable notice to players.
5.3 Deposit Processing
GCash and Maya deposits made directly through the ernph Platform are processed in real time during normal operating conditions. Bank transfer deposits may require additional processing time depending on the originating bank's clearing schedules. ernph credits your Account as soon as confirmation of receipt is received from the relevant payment provider.
5.4 Own Funds Requirement
All deposits must be made from payment accounts or instruments that belong solely to the registered Account holder. ernph does not accept deposits from payment methods registered in third-party names. Deposits made from a third party's GCash, bank account, or e-wallet will be reversed where technically possible, and the associated ernph Account may be suspended pending investigation.
Anti-Money Laundering: ernph is committed to compliance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. All financial transactions may be subject to monitoring and reporting obligations. ernph reserves the right to request documentation evidencing the source of funds deposited to your Account.
6Withdrawals
6.1 Withdrawal Eligibility
Withdrawals from a Player's ernph Account are subject to completion of satisfactory KYC verification. Players who have not completed identity verification may not be able to process withdrawals above a threshold amount or at all, depending on the verification status of the Account.
6.2 Withdrawal Methods & Processing
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically feasible. ernph processes withdrawal requests within the timeframes published on the Platform at the time of the request. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within ten (10) minutes for verified Accounts during standard operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on banking schedules.
6.3 Minimum Withdrawal
The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 (Two Hundred Philippine Pesos) per transaction. ernph reserves the right to adjust withdrawal minimums with reasonable notice.
6.4 Bonus Withdrawal Conditions
Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from Bonus Funds are subject to the wagering requirements specified in the applicable promotion terms before they become eligible for withdrawal as real-money funds. Real-money deposits that remain unwagered may be withdrawn at any time subject to standard withdrawal processing conditions.
6.5 Withdrawal Refusal
ernph reserves the right to refuse or delay a withdrawal request pending investigation where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, bonus abuse, breach of these Terms & Conditions, or where required by applicable law or regulatory obligation.
7Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements
7.1 General Bonus Terms
ernph offers various promotional bonuses to players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. Each promotion is subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, game eligibility restrictions, time limits, and maximum conversion limits, which will be clearly stated in the relevant promotion terms.
7.2 Wagering Requirements
Bonus Funds credited to a Player's Account are subject to wagering requirements, meaning the bonus amount must be wagered a specified number of times using real-money or bonus funds before any resulting balance becomes withdrawable. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is set out in the individual promotion terms. Players are encouraged to read the full terms of any promotion before claiming it.
7.3 Bonus Abuse
ernph actively monitors for patterns of play that constitute bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming multiple accounts to obtain bonuses repeatedly, systematically exploiting promotional terms through low-variance gameplay designed solely to complete wagering requirements with minimal risk, colluding with other players to exploit bonus terms, or any other conduct determined by ernph to constitute dishonest exploitation of promotional offers. Any Account found to be engaged in bonus abuse may have its bonuses voided, winnings forfeited, and Account suspended.
7.4 Promotion Modification and Withdrawal
ernph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time, with or without advance notice, where required by operational, regulatory, or technical circumstances. Promotions are subject to availability and may not be offered to all players or in all regions.
8Game Rules & Fair Play
8.1 Game Integrity
All games offered on the ernph Platform operate using certified random number generators (RNG) for electronic games, or through live dealer operations conducted by certified platform operators. The Return to Player (RTP) percentages advertised for each game are determined by the respective game provider and are verified through independent third-party testing and certification.
8.2 Applicable Game Rules
Each game on the ernph Platform is governed by its own specific game rules as published within the game interface itself. In the event of a conflict between these Terms & Conditions and specific game rules, the specific game rules will prevail with respect to the gameplay itself. For all other matters including account management, payments, and general conduct, these Terms & Conditions govern.
8.3 Technical Malfunctions
In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error that affects the outcome of a game round in progress, ernph reserves the right to void the affected game round and refund the wager amount to the Player's Account. ernph will not be liable for additional compensation beyond the wagered amount in respect of technical failures caused by circumstances beyond ernph's reasonable control.
8.4 Suspicious Activity and Collusion
Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software vulnerabilities, collude with other players or ernph employees, use automated betting software or bots, or engage in any other form of cheating is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate Account termination and forfeiture of all associated balances.
9Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ernph Platform. Engaging in any of the following constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions:
- Registering or operating more than one Account on the ernph Platform;
- Providing false, inaccurate, or fraudulent personal information during registration or KYC verification;
- Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age;
- Depositing funds originating from criminal activity or using the Platform for money laundering purposes;
- Depositing using payment methods not registered in your own name;
- Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence-assisted means to play games or exploit Platform functions;
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software, game logic, or security systems;
- Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
- Systematically exploiting bonus terms in a manner not consistent with normal recreational play;
- Making chargebacks or payment reversals through your payment provider after wagering funds on the Platform;
- Impersonating another person, including ernph staff, other players, or any public figure, within the Platform;
- Using the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is illegal without authorisation.
Consequences: Violation of any prohibited conduct clause will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, reporting to relevant Philippine authorities. ernph also reserves the right to pursue civil or criminal remedies for losses caused by fraudulent conduct.
10Responsible Gaming
10.1 Commitment to Player Welfare
ernph is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all players. The Platform provides a suite of responsible gaming tools accessible directly from every Player Account, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and voluntary self-exclusion.
10.2 Self-Exclusion
Players who believe their gambling has become problematic may request self-exclusion from the ernph Platform at any time. Self-exclusion requests can be submitted through the Account dashboard or by contacting ernph customer support directly. During any active self-exclusion period, the Player's Account will be suspended and marketing communications will be ceased. ernph will take reasonable technical steps to prevent re-registration during the self-exclusion period.
10.3 Age Verification
ernph is committed to preventing access to real-money gambling services by persons under 21 years of age. All Accounts are subject to age verification, and ernph may request documentary evidence of age at any stage. Parents and guardians are advised to take appropriate measures to prevent minors from accessing gambling platforms.
10.4 Setting Limits
Players are strongly encouraged to use the account-level financial and time controls available in their ernph Account dashboard. Deposit limits, loss limits, and session duration limits can be set and adjusted at any time. Reductions to limits take effect immediately. Increases to limits are subject to a twenty-four (24) hour reflection period before taking effect.

11Intellectual Property
All content on the ernph Platform, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, game graphics, software, website design, text, images, and audio-visual content, is either owned by ernph or licensed to ernph by third-party content providers. All intellectual property rights in such content are reserved.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the ernph Platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the ernph Platform without prior written consent from ernph or the applicable rights holder.
The ernph name, logo, and branding are proprietary trademarks of ernph. Unauthorised use of these marks in any form is strictly prohibited.
12Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ernph's total liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
ernph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, whether based on contract, tort, or any other legal theory, even if ernph has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
ernph makes no representations or warranties that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. ernph does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any information published on the Platform for any particular purpose.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits ernph's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
13Account Suspension & Termination
13.1 Suspension by ernph
ernph reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Player Account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, where ernph reasonably believes that the Account holder has: violated any provision of these Terms & Conditions; provided false information; engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or harmful conduct; or where required to do so by applicable law or regulatory requirement.
13.2 Effect of Termination
Upon suspension or termination of an Account, the Player's access to the Platform and Services will be immediately revoked. Any real-money balance remaining in the Account at the time of termination will be assessed by ernph. Where termination results from a breach of these Terms & Conditions, ernph may exercise its right to forfeit any or all remaining balances, including both real-money and bonus funds, as a remedy for the breach. Where termination is initiated by ernph for operational reasons unrelated to Player misconduct, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via the most recent deposit method.
13.3 Voluntary Account Closure
Players may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting ernph customer support. Upon receipt of a closure request, ernph will process any remaining verified real-money balance within the standard withdrawal processing timeframe following identity verification.
14Amendments to These Terms
ernph reserves the right to revise and update these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, ernph will notify registered Players through one or more of the following means: a notification displayed upon login to the Platform, an email to the registered Account email address, or a prominent notice published on the ernph.vip website.
Continued use of the ernph Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease use of the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 13.3 of these Terms & Conditions.

15Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
15.1 Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
15.2 Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute between you and ernph arising from or relating to these Terms & Conditions or your use of the Platform, both parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiations. You agree to contact ernph's customer support team as a first step in resolving any complaint. ernph will respond to all formal complaints within a reasonable timeframe.
15.3 Jurisdiction
Subject to the dispute resolution process outlined above, both you and ernph irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through negotiation. Nothing in this section shall restrict ernph's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
